After
much awaited anticipation, Girly Girl has arrived! After closing the
doors in July on Michael’s Angel Attic, Lisa Reed-Tucker has begun a new
chapter in her life with the opening of Girly Girl. Opening on Friday,
September 17th in time to greet visitors to the 16th Annual Victorian
Festival Lisa is keeping her creative passion alive. Conceived at the
prompting of Lisa’s 12 year old daughter, Jillian, Girly Girl is a shop
just for girls...newborn baby girls to grandmas and all girls in
between. The coolest, hippest shop to arrive in the downtown Northville
shopping district is at 125 East Main Street.
If pink is your color, Girly Girl will be your new
favorite place to shop! Very cool chenille backpacks, fun frames to
showcase your princess’ latest smile, pillows, feather boas, tees and
tanks with fun inscriptions, funky mirrors, and whole lot more is
waiting for you at Girly Girl. Mud Pie – Her Royal Highness with their
books, miniature tea sets, and suit cases appropriately sized for doll
paraphernalia are sure to excite the younger set. Lucky Chick hand creams and body
butters for the teens; and if you have finally become your mother, you
will find the "It’s Official, I’ve Become My Mother" frames . . .
perfect for mother-daughter photos. Lisa has filled her new store with
fun, fun, fun things for girls of any age! Check out the leopard pajamas
and pink leather. And what little girl doesn’t want to feel special at
her birthday party? "It’s My Party" packs are filled with fancy hats,
horns, and pretzels dipped in chocolate for the guests. The birthday
girl will stand out in the crowd with her own special party hat and
wand.
Girls Night Out! It’s
a great way, a great place to get together with your girlfriends. From
birthday parties for the young ladies to wine tasting parties for the
not quite so young ladies. . . parties to pamper yourself, nail
artistry, book signings, and oh so yummy chocolate making parties. Look
for more on this exciting new idea coming to Girly Girl in 2005.
An absolutely fun place to shop! Girly
Girl is filled to the brim with everything to delight the princess in
all of us. Stop in to see Lisa and welcome her back to Northville.
